Long Breath Training, Japanese weight loss method, only ONE minute, easy, simple, intense exercise I’m going to introduce very interesting Japanese weight loss exercise. That is long breath exercise invented by Japanese guy whose name is Miki. Long breath exercise is a very innovative, efficient method to train core muscles by breathing hard and slowly. It’s very intense, but if you continue in a correct way, maybe you get sexy body like him. Here is how. First, cross your legs a bit. Close your anal very very tight. Put 90% of the body weight on the back foot. Lean backward in straight. Do not bend your back too much, otherwise you get back pain. Be straight. Inhale in 3 seconds, then exhale very hard and very slowly in 7 seconds. (demo) At the first 3 or 4 seconds, exhale almost all the air, then continue to exhale to empty the air. Use all the body muscles when you exhale. That’s the key to train inner muscles. This is ab breathing, which means that you breathe in from the ab, your ab becomes smaller. I know this is not common to talk about, and some people might get offended, if so, I’m sorry, but today I’m, going to explain how to clean down there. It’s such an embarrassing topic, but I realized that it’s important to understand how to do so in correct way for your health, right? You never know if the way you do is correct or not. I just want to help people who are having any issue there. Step 1: Rinse with water down there. Step 2: Get some gentle soap or body wash on your fingers. Step 3: Gently clean around vagina lips which are called labia. Make sure that you clean the outside of the labia and inside if your labia is long enough to clean. Step 4: Move up to around clitoris. Make sure clean inside the folds there. Step 5: Move down to the path between vagina and anus. Step 7: Clean anus. Step 8: Rinse with water fully. BTW, I tried to find the best fruit that look like vagina. I have asymmetrical face and have been trying to find out solutions for a long time. So here are some bad habits that contributes to asymmetrical face, that you should stop right now. Chew foods in either side onlyIf you chew only let’s say right side, the right muscles are build more and the left side gets weaker. Try to chew in the both side equally whenever you notice. That would help especially lower part of the face. Sleep on either side onlyIf you are back sleeper, that’s the best. I try to train and got this pillow. So far, I think it’s helping a little. Still I sleep on the side sometimes, so working on it. Anyway, try to sleep on your back. If that is hard, try to alternate right and left sides. Don’t just do on each side only. Use your hand when you sitPressuring either side only from outside changes the bone structure if you repeatedly do. The best is not to do this, but if you have to do, alternate the hand Cross your legs when you sitThis is very hard, but the reason why you feel urge to cross your legs is that your pelvis is open. First of all, pelvis is like a big bowl to stand up your spine. When pelvis is open, spine cannot stand up straight, because the base is so loose.When spine is not standing straight, your neck gets distorted, and so is your face. Ideally pelvis should be more closed to secure the spine straight up.So your body tries to close the pelvis by crossing your legs. That’s the urge to cross your legs. But if you keep doing it, the body remembers, depend on it and do not try to close by itself. Remember that all the body parts are connected including face. Carry items on either arm onlyWhen you carry bag or anything, try to alternate the arms so you use the both arms equally. Here are 3 facial exercises that you can easily do. Half Face Move the edge of the lips to left side. Not just left side but very, very left to the end. By stretching here many times every day, the side cheek area remembers the sharp angle. This trains side cheek muscles. Hide your half face to check if the month is moved fully. If the lips are shown a bit, move to the right more. Then repeat the same on the other side. Do this several times per day. Turkey Neck Stretch your neck fully. Stick your tongue like this. Do several times per day. This is very effective if you are concerned at your double chin. Side Turkey Neck Do the same as regular turkey neck, but move to the each side. My face exercise coach taught me another method to get rid of double chin. Personally I doubt if it works because this has nothing to do with facial muscles, but anyway she does this and this 100 times each every day. Not sure if this works but I just thought it’d be interesting to introduce.

Imagine you are biting something on your back teeth, and the muscles move here. That’s the biting muscles. The muscles here get harden because you grind while sleeping, or focusing something, or even eating. Stiff muscles make bones harder to move smoothly. Si it’s important to massage here especially after grinding. Get a chopstick. Bite on your back teeth. Check if it’s straight or now. Make it straight. Move your neck to relax the muscles. Take it out, and bite again. Now it’s more straight than before. Bite on your back teeth. Check if either side is biting harder. In my case, my left side is biting harder, so I try to bite more on the right side, so the both sides bite equally. Keep this a few minuets. The point is to use the both sides equally. Then Check a mirror to make sure that it’s straight line. (I use a 2 liter bottle, but whatever size you have available will work. However, larger bottles tend to work best.) First, exhale all the air in your lungs. After emptying your lungs, hold the bottle on your face without using your hands (or teeth!). Then inhale as much as possible. When you inhale, tighten your abs so your core muscles are stable. Then exhale while holding the bottle. The point is not to use your teeth to hold the bottle. Hold it with only your lips to train your lip muscles. Also, try to exercise your smile lines when you inhale. I have noticed some in mine. To see if your face is asymmetrical, use a chopstick or pen to check different areas of your face. Here are the 5 points to check. 1. Lay the chopstick or pen vertically from the center of your forehead to the point of your nose. If the line does not continue to the center of your chin, your face is not symmetrical. As you can see, my face is not symmetrical at all. My chin is in too far on the left. This is serious. 2. Next, lay the stick horizontally across your face, lining up with the outside corners of your eye brows. See, there is big gap here. 3. Then, line it up with the corners of your eyes. There is a big gap here too. 4. Next, lay the stick across your lips, lining up each end with the corners of your mouth. Finally, this line is horizontal on me. 5. Last, place the stick between your two top teeth and lower teeth. This line is also straight for me. As you can see, I have a lot of room for improvement. So, let’s learn how to make your face symmetrical. Don’t place your elbow on a table In the first place, don’t ever place your elbow on the table. In addition to improving your face’s symmetry, refraining from placing your elbow on the table prevents your elbows from wrinkling. If you absolutely have to, alternate which arm is on the table. For more information on why you shouldn’t place your elbow on the table, check out the related video link in the description below. Don’t cross your legs Don’t cross your legs. Again, there is a video explaining why you should not cross your legs in the description below. Yet if you do, alternate which leg is crossed over the other. The point is to avoid using the same leg every time you cross your legs. Have good posture People tend to stand like this. Bending your knee on either side places more weight on one foot than the other, which leads to poor posture. It also bends your bone structure. Chew food with both sides of your mouth Don’t carry your bag on only one shoulder Don’t always carry your bag on the same shoulder. Alternate which shoulder you use. Don’t sleep on only one side Alternate which side you sleep on or sleep on your back. Exercising your face is a great way to correct asymmetry. Continue to focus on that side until both sides of your face feel equally strong.

First of all, I have to apologize something. As you may know, I’m a big fan of the pacifier exercise since long time ago. I had always called this pacifier, but today learned that this is not a pacifier, but baby bottle cap. I am terribly sorry for my mistake for the past many years. People commented that they couldn’t find pacifier like this, but it was my fault, because I was calling this pacifier. So sorry about that. Ok, so today I would like to talk about baby bottle cap exercise. How do you do it? Just hold it in your mouth without using your teeth! It’s extremely important to train your lip muscles because these muscles are connected to all of the small muscles in your face. As a result, you strengthen all of your facial muscles when you train your lip muscles. If you choose only one part of your face to train, chose your lips. Let me show you how to do this exercise. It’s very simple. Put the baby bottle cap in your mouth like this. As you can see, the part ’s in your mouth is way more than the area that a baby would use. Remember, hold the cap with only your lips, not with your teeth. Actually, a baby bottle cap isn’t the only item you can use for this training. You can also use a pet bottle or something similar in size. No matter what you use, this training is effective as long as your mouth feels tired afterwards. However, there are 3 reasons why I specifically recommend a baby bottle cap over anything else. 1. Safety: While plastic often contains chemicals like BPA, it’s easy to find safe, chemical-free baby bottle caps because they are intended for babies. 2. Affordability: Baby bottle caps are available everywhere and they are not very expensive. Even if you lose one, you can easily buy another. 3. Various Sizes: Almost every baby section offers a wide range of cap sizes. With so many different sizes, you can easily find the best size for you. My all-time favorite is Phillipis Avent. Many sizes and chemical free. Warning: If it’s too small, you get wrinkles on the upper lip. Don’t ever make wrinkles when you do this exercise. So the key is to find the best size for you no to make wrinkles. The reason why I found out my mistake is that I visited a baby shop in Japan for the first time. There are so many cute pacifiers, but not that kind.

(training) It’s really strange to me that people forget about facial muscles and go botox or plastic surgery, because it’s just so easy to keep younger fresh look just by doing some simple facial exercises only for a few minutes per day. There are many exercises you can do depending on the problem areas, so today, I will introduce how to kill bulldog face with sagging cheeks. 1. Move the side line to the other, keep it 5 seconds. Move the other side too. 2. Check the cheek bone positions. Move up the positions a little higher by stretching the smile lines for 5 seconds. This is great for lifting up the cheek bones and reducing smile lines. 3. Attach the upper and lower lips tight for 5 seconds. Stretch the smile lines for 5 seconds. Hold the lips inside for 5 seconds. 4. Make air inside the month. Make circle slowly, then the other side. If you are concerned about eye areas. 1. Position your fingers above the eye brows. Move up and down the eye brows 10 times, then keep them up for 10 seconds. 2. Bite your tongue lightly to fix the lower facial muscles. Close your eyes in half. Welcome to my symmetrical face course. Today, I would like to talk about how to make your eyes symmetrical looking. First of all, all the body areas are connected, so even eye asymmetry is related to your body’s overall posture and asymmetrical bad habits. Good posture and symmetrical behavior are very important to any asymmetry in your face and body. I have done video about bad habits that contribute to asymmetrical face before. If you haven’t watched it, check the link in the description below. That being said, let’s work on specifically asymmetrical eyes. First, let’s find out which eye is dominant. Eyes are same as hands. As you are right or left handed, your either eye is dominant. Point your finger at a distant object. Close one eye, then switch and close the other eye. Your finger should appear to move off or away from the object when one eye is closed. If the finger stays at the object, that’s your dominant eye. If it moves aways from the point, that’s non-dominant eye. So now you know which one your dominant eye. Most of the people have dominance in the right eye and I do too. One major reason that you have asymmetrical eyes is because your dominant eye is working so hard and developing more muscles than the other non-dominant eye. Therefore if you train non-dominant eye and develop equal muscles as the dominant eye area, then you get more symmetrical eyes. Cover or close your non-dominant eye, and look at phone or something as much as possible. That’s it! I know you guys use your phone a lot of hours, so if you can just do this once a day while looking at the screen, that’s great enough. Another exercise you can do is eye Squat. I call it eye squat, because unless you consciously do, you don’t do this in regular behavior. Just wink your eyes repeatedly, but one eye should be more easy to do and the other less easy, right? If so, try to do the less easy side tighter and longer. The goal here is feel the both sides equally. Don’t do too hard enough to make wrinkles. Just winking lightly is good enough. No shampoo hair washing method, aka "No-Poo", obviously grew my hair! One day, I was surprised to see this new bang! This is obviously so strange. It’s just so short bang, doesn’t look like just baby hair, right? Any idea what made this? No-poo. What’s no-poo? No-poo is hair washing method without shampoo. Just rinse with water and massage the scalp very very very well like more than 100 times with water, but no shampoo at all. I started no-poo since 2 months ago, and I almost gave up because the scalp stays kind of greasy all the time. My friend even pointed that. So I was so desperate till I see this baby hair! Omg no-poo is working! So here is how to do no poo. Step 1 Pre No-Poo: Reduce the amount of shampoo every time you wash hair. You should do so for a month or so, so that your scalp gets used to the less shampoo washing. Step 2 Pre No-Poo: Gradually reduce the no. of times you shampoo from every day to every few days. You should do this for a few months. Don’t jump to No-poo suddenly. Your scalps needs to get used to every few day shampoo lifestyle first. Step 3 No-Poo: Then, as you notice your hair quality is actually improving, welcome to No-Poo world. Quit the shampoo completely. Just rinse with hot water and massage the scalp very very very well. At the same time, brush your hair more than before. Brushing reduces dirt too. It’s so easy to give up because the scalp gets oily at the beginning, so the point is to go to Step 1, 2, 3 gradually. Don’t just quit shampoo suddenly. If you do so, the scalp gets surprised and starts producing excessive oils. My current hair is like 2 months old since no poo, is still oily on the top, and I was concerned about odor. So I asked several friends of mine to check, but they say it smells normal. In case it smells, I use small amount of fragrance on the hair. When you brush your hair, try to use white one, so that you can see how much dirt on the hair here. One of the things people don’t take care of but I do think which makes huge difference for young fresh look is neck wrinkles. Face can fake but neck shows. So what are you gonna do to reduce or prevent neck wrinkles? Applying body lotion on the neck (applying)? No. Applying cream doesn’t mean anything to be honest, because neck gets wrinkles not because the neck skin is dry but from poor posture especially while sleeping. (bad example in bed from angle A) Usually your pillow is too high for you. So, your neck is hunched which keeps wrinkles on the neck. (from angle B) Note that you sleep for one third of a day, and keep the lines that long hours. Of course the wrinkles stay on the neck. (from angle C) The best height for your pillow is to be in one straight line. (good example) (too hunched with too high pillow) (too stretched without pillow) In order to make the best height for the pillow, I use towel to create my pillow. When I travel, I make my pillow by folding hotel’s towel. So convenient! You might want to use silk fabric as a pillow cover if you want. (smiling with silk) (sleeping on the side with silk) Try the DIY towel pillow to find the best height for you from tonight! (folding towel) Also, it’s important to stretch out the neck wrinkles sometimes. (Turkey neck exercise) Every time when I’m in elevator, if I’m alone, I sometime do this turkey neck exercise. How to Reduce the Bags under Your Eyes Are you concerned about the bags under your eyes? Then this is the video for you! Before we discuss how to reduce the bags under your eyes, let’s figure out why you get those bags in the first place. As you age, you lose muscle mass. Consequently, all of the muscles in your body start to sag, including the muscles around your eyes. It naturally follows that if you maintain or recover this muscle mass, you can recover the beautiful shape of your eyes again. To prevent or reduce the bags under your eyes, exercise your eye muscles, a.k.a. your orbicularis oculi. Here’s how you train your eye muscles. (demo) Move your bottom eyelid up and down. Try to only move your bottom eyelid. I haven’t mastered this technique yet so my top lid is moving a bit. However, my coach in Japan is amazing at just moving her lower eyelids so fast. (demo) This exercise is actually very difficult because you hardly ever use this muscle. However, if you practice every day, this muscle will become stronger and stronger until you can perform this exercise with ease. Here’s a tip. Push your tongue out a little bit and flatten it with your teeth. This way, the other muscles in your face are fixed and you can concentrate on only exercising your lower eyelids. Also, it’s better to practice in front of a mirror. I have a small mirror on the back of my phone so I can practice anywhere! Every time I’m in an elevator or somewhere else alone, I try to practice this technique.

The video got more views than I expected so today I would like to introduce 2 more tips on how to fix your facial distortion. In particular, I’d like to teach you how to fix your bent chin. As you can see, my chin is a good example of a bent chin. My chin is bent toward the left. Here are 2 easy exercises to fix your bent chin. 1. Teeth Exercise 1 Hold your hands to both of your temples. Open your month and close it in front of a mirror. Check to see if the center of your top and the bottom teeth are in a straight line. If not, readjust your teeth to try and place them in a straight line. Repeat this several times per day so your teeth remember the correct position. After several time, keep the position as long as possible so that the teeth remembers the correct position. In order to do this exercise, I carry a small mirror all the time. My phone has one and my office strap has one as well. If you don’t have small mirror, use your phone’s video screen. 2. Teeth Exercise 2 This time, no need to use a mirror. Put your thumb nail in the upper and lower line. Open and close several times, then remove the nail. You see the teeth are aligned straight. Then keep the position as long as you can so that the teeth remember the right position. 3. Push the pointy side inward. This is a chiropractic technique so be careful not to push too hard. This video is about Summer morning routine As soon as I wake up, I go to bathroom and brush my teeth (brushing teeth), then drink a cup of water. While sleeping, you lose a lot of water as sweat, so it’s important to drink some water in the morning. (drink water) Tip, brush your teeth before drinking water. Why? While sleeping, your mouth gets drier, which produces more bacteria in the mouth. If you drink water without brushing teeth, you would drink the accumulated bacteria together with the water, which you don’t want. (sleeping with open mouth) If it’s too much trouble with brushing teeth, you can just gargle. But see my jaw exercise. Move your jaw to the both sides. By doing so, your face gets balanced or symmetric. Wash you face with water. I use only water. No cleanser is knecessary in the morning, as you want to leave some natural oils to some extent. Your own natural oils are the best skincare cream for you in the world. (washing face) , I like drying with tissue paper. Towel is fine as long as it’s clean, but it can be not so clean or contain laundry detergent chemical left sometimes. (drying with tissue) Then, apply Miri Clinical multi-tasking face serum. The thing about this is that it helps produce and balance your moisture and oils, instead of just adding artificial moisture on the skin, so that your skin grows naturally and wont depend on cosmetics too much. (mirai image) When you apply any skincare, don’t rub the skin too much. Any rubbing is considered as friction which can damage the skin. (rubbing the skin hard) Just press several times slowly. (demo) And then, do some facial muscle training. Train eyelid muscles to prevent sagging eyelids. Train Train under the eyes, to prevent eye bags. Keep your eyes a little bit open. Tighten nose point, to prevent sagging witch nose. (witch) Close lips, move up the both sides, open a bit. Tighten smile lines. Massage the both joe sides, if you have a habit to grind teeth while sleeping. Grinding teeth hardens the sides and create square face. I wish I were good at makeup, but I’m not, so I have permanent makeup for my eyebrows and eye liners. (show eyebrows and eye liners) If you have good skin with some permanent makeup, no need to wear makeup actually. That saves a lot of time in the morning. The only make up I wear is sun screen spray.
