Honda OEM Main Fuse

02:49
(NOTE: I failed to do so, but please disconnect your battery prior to working with fuses.) Somewhere down the line, a previous owner of my 1982 Honda City Turbo replaced the main fuse with a slightly more "creative" setup. Good news! The correct fuse is the same one that the 2nd Generation Civics used (which I coincidentally had to replace in my 82 Civic last Summer). Even better news, these are (should be, at least) still available at your local Honda dealer! Can't find them? Let me know, as I still have a few lying around. [Are they the same for 2G Accords, 1G Preludes, and/or other early model Hondas? Please let me know!] Music sample: Tezo - "How Many Bands" & Fionn Hodgson - "The Foundation"

Honda Goldwing Front Wheel Bearing Replacement | Partzilla.com

14:42
Buy replacement front wheel bearings for a Honda Goldwing here: http://bit.ly/honda-goldwing-front-wheel-bearing Pay attention to the parts: there are two DIFFERENT dust seals with different part numbers that you’ll need for this job, one for each side. You’ll also need two of the SAME radial ball bearings. Learn how to replace the wheel bearings on a Honda Goldwing in this video from Partzilla.com. How do you know if your wheel bearings are worn? You may feel a little shimmy in the front end, or you might feel a clicking that radiates from the wheel through the handlebar. Replacing the front wheel bearings on your Goldwing starts by removing the wheel. We’ll show you how to remove the fender and the brake calipers so that you can get that done. Then, we’ll remove the dust seals and use a bearing remover to get the bearings out. Then we’ll use a driver set to replace the wheel bearings on our Honda motorcycle, and then we’ll follow it up by replacing the dust seals on both sides. Stay with us as we put everything back together again. John will show you a trick to keep both sides of the fork parallel, which is important to keep the motorcycle’s steering system from binding. Honda Goldwing Rear Brake Pad Change | Partzilla.com

05:19
Buy Honda Goldwing rear brake pads: http://bit.ly/goldwing-rear-brake-pads Learn how to change the rear brake pads on a 2007 Honda Goldwing. Like the front, changing the rear brake pads on a Honda Goldwing is very simple. In the case of our machine, there was a decorative plate over the caliper that we had to remove before accessing the caliper, but it came off easily. Then, use a screwdriver to push the pads back and compress the pistons inside the caliper, because you’ll need more room for new pads with lots of braking material. Then, remove the single pin holding the pads in place. Once it’s removed, the pads will just fall out. Then, slide the new pads into place, replace the pin and tighten it to 13 foot-pounds, and in our case, just replace that decorative plate. When you’re done, it’s important to pump the brake pedal a couple of times to push the pads towards the rotor, otherwise, you will not get much braking power when you first engage them. Now take care of the front brake pads on your Goldwing: https://youtu.be/wsPNU6iV5Vs VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS: Removing decorative panel - 0:50 Removing the old brake pads - 1:30 Installing new brake pads - 3:33 Buy OEM Honda Goldwing GL1800 parts here: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2007/gl1800-3a-gold-wing?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=description_btf Talk to us: Twitter: https://twitter.com/partzilla Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Partzilla Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/partzilla/ In the video we’re working with a 2007 Honda Goldwing GL1800, but you may have similar steps for your Honda motorcycle. Find Motorcycle OEM Parts with Microfiche

03:03
http://www.rrrtoolsolutions.com/articles/motorcycle-parts-oem-parts-how-to-find-them-with-microfiche/ Motorcycle parts are best being OEM parts. Microfiche is the best way to find, locate, compare and buy the parts you need for your motorcycle repair, rebuild or restoration. Microfiche is a very useful tool and best of all it's free. At the end of the video I will show you three of the sites that I use for their microfiche, to find my OEM motorcycle parts. TRANSCRIPTION: Hi Gordon the tool guy here. So you have some maintenance issues with your bike. You need motorcycle parts. And you've never used microfiche to find the OEM parts before. Yes, we are going to need many parts and drawings to show how parts are grouped and assembled Thankfully with today's internet, a little research makes this a lot easier. Find, click, order, install. Using the microfiche, we can see all the components, their orientation and placement sequence. Before long, those parts come together and our bike looks healthy again. On-line microfiche makes finding and purchasing OEM motorcycle parts easy. Let's go to the internet and use some free tools to find those parts and where they go. We start off with www.ronayers.com We are going to go to the OEM section where we got choices of Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha parts. We're going to go to the Suzuki We're going to pick the Suzuki motorcycle parts. We're looking for a broken inspection cover, for a 2013 DR650 So we go here to 2013 We select the DR650SE and we'll scroll down alphabetical this is going to be the cylinder head and we make that selection. And here we have a drawing that we can scroll and make larger. There's our part number, reference number 21. We go to the side and we simply go down here to the same reference 21 And it show us a cap inspection it shows us the factory part number, it shows us the price, how many are in assembly. And we can order from here or we can simply go and see what other models use that part. This is valuable when shopping ebay and swap meets. This go back and look at something that has got a More models that use the same part. For that we'll go back to the battery. And here we find the battery, We can click on this part number Now this is a super seeded part number. Which means the factory says it fits, and is correct for that particular bike But, this tools shows you where that same battery is used the model year the model and the description of that model. I want to remind you that RRR Tool Solutions is your best source for motorcycle tools. The three sites listed here are providers of Microfiche on-line as well as motorcycle parts. I use all three of them to compare pricing, and to make sure I'm getting the best available

Goldwing Air Filter, Emgo vs OEM.

05:38
Giving the Emgo air filter a try in my GL1800. In my opinion its a good quality filter and it cost me less than half the price of the Honda filter. The two are pretty much the same. Was a relatively easy job to swap the filter, seems intimidating when watching videos, just keep the removed screws organized. Dont be afraid to unplug any electrical connectors you may need to enable things to be moved out of the way. You can do it!

When Should I Replace the Timing Belt on a Honda Goldwing | Motorcycle Timing Belt | Partzilla.com

03:13
Every now and then, we hear about an issue on a customer’s machine that we want to address. Recently, a customer asked us why they were having unusual timing belt wear issue on their motorcycle. In this video, John will guide you through the other things you need to change when you do a timing belt replacement on your Honda Goldwing. Now, our customer’s motorcycle was a little different than ours, so John will explain the difference between the older Goldwing, which used a timing belt, and our newer Goldwing, which uses a timing chain. And while you may have another type of motorcycle, the underlying problem that was causing this customer’s timing belt wear issues is not that uncommon. In fact, it can apply to your chain too. Check out the timing belt diagram on the 2000 Goldwing 1500: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2000/gl1500se-a-gold-wing-se/front-cover?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=description_btf Timing chain diagram on the 2007 Goldwing 1800: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2007/gl1800-3a-gold-wing/cam-chain-tensioner?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=description_btf Buy OEM Honda Goldwing GL1800 parts here: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/motorcycle/2007/gl1800-3a-gold-wing?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=description_btf Talk to us: Twitter: https://twitter.com/partzilla Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Partzilla Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/partzilla/ In the video we’re working with a 2007 Honda Goldwing GL1800, but you may have similar steps for your Honda motorcycle.
