The History of Secret Intelligence Service (MI6)

50:24
The Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), commonly known as MI6, is the foreign intelligence service of the government of the United Kingdom, tasked mainly with the covert overseas collection and analysis of human intelligence (HUMINT) in support of the UK's national security. SIS is a member of the country's intelligence community and its Chief is accountable to the country's Foreign Secretary. The stated priority roles of SIS are counter-terrorism, counter-proliferation, providing intelligence in support of cyber security, and supporting stability overseas to disrupt terrorism and other criminal activities. Unlike its main sister agencies, the Security Service (MI5) and Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), SIS works exclusively in foreign intelligence gathering; the ISA allows it to carry out operations only against persons outside the British Islands.

The History of Security Service (MI5)

39:52
The Security Service, also MI5 is the United Kingdom's domestic counter-intelligence, national security agency and is part of its intelligence machinery alongside the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) and Defence Intelligence (DI). MI5 is directed by the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC), and the service is bound by the Security Service Act 1989. The service is directed to protect British parliamentary democracy and economic interests, and counter terrorism and espionage within the UK. The service has had a national headquarters at Thames House on Millbank in London since 1995, drawing together personnel from a number of locations into a single HQ facility. Thames House was, until March 2013, shared with the Northern Ireland Office (NIO) and is also home to the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre, a subordinate organisation to the Security Service. The service has offices across the United Kingdom including an HQ in Northern Ireland.

Kingsman: The Secret Service - Pub Fight 60fps FI experimental - sub ESP

05:23
My favorite scene from 'Kingsman: The Secret Service'. This is completely experimental: frame interpolation looks kind of funny, but I somewhat liked the results. Make sure to watch it at least on 720p quality as it is rendered with SVP frame interpolation to achieve 60fps. Due to this, there are some minor graphical glitches present. This is my educational attempt in order to make the format more popular, which in my opinion works great in a lot of media, being one of the main ones anime. I subtitled it in rioplatense Spanish, I hope you like it.

"Betrayal of the treacherous is loyalty in the eyes of God. I betrayed a bunch of criminals, it's as simple as that" - the words of one of MI6's most important spies in the war on terror, Aimen Dean. (Click to subscribe for more Channel 4 News videos. https://www.youtube.com/channel4news?sub_confirmation=1) Aimen Dean, with Paul Cruikshank and Tim Lister, tells his story in full in the book 'Nine Lives: My time as MI6's top spy inside al-Qaeda'. He worked with Al Qaeda's master bombmaker in a training camp in Afghanistan in the nineties. But after witnessing what he described as wanton acts of cruelty and blood lust, he says he became disillusioned and became a crucial asset for British intelligence.

Inside a Spy Tech Expo (Extra Scene From 'Britain's Secret Surveillance')

Watch "Phone Hackers: Britain's Secret Surveillance" - http://bit.ly/1ZP3LJU IMSI catchers are portable surveillance tools used for spying on thousands of phones in a targeted area, tracking their location and even intercepting calls, messages, and data. They are supposed to help identify serious criminals, but cannot operate without monitoring innocent people too. UK police have IMSI catchers, but they refuse to tell the public how and when they are used. This has privacy campaigners worried. And, even if the state is using them sparingly, what if criminals also have access to the technology? In this extra scene from 'Britain's Secret Surveillance,' VICE News visits Milipol, a homeland security fair in Paris, to reveal the latest hacking tools and state surveillance tech — and gets knifed in a stab vest. America's Most Secret Agency Documentary | National Security Agency NSA History Documentary

42:10
America's Most Secret Agency Documentary is about the inner workings of National Security Agency or NSA. The National Security Agency (NSA) is a national-level intelligence agency of the United States Department of Defense, under the authority of the Director of National Intelligence. The NSA is responsible for global monitoring, collection, and processing of information and data for foreign intelligence and counterintelligence purposes, specializing in a discipline known as signals intelligence (SIGINT). The NSA is also tasked with the protection of U.S. communications networks and information systems.[8][9] The NSA relies on a variety of measures to accomplish its mission, the majority of which are clandestine. Originating as a unit to decipher coded communications in World War II, it was officially formed as the NSA by President Harry S. Truman in 1952. Since then, it has become one of the largest U.S. intelligence organizations in terms of personnel and budget. The NSA currently conducts worldwide mass data collection and has been known to physically bug electronic systems as one method to this end.[12] The NSA has also been alleged to have been behind such attack software as Stuxnet, which severely damaged Iran's nuclear program.[13][14] The NSA, alongside the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), maintains a physical presence in many countries across the globe; the CIA/NSA joint Special Collection Service (a highly classified intelligence team) inserts eavesdropping devices in high value targets (such as Presidential palaces or embassies). SCS collection tactics allegedly encompass "close surveillance, burglary, wiretapping, [and] breaking and entering".[15][16] Unlike the CIA and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), both of which specialize primarily in foreign human espionage, the NSA does not publicly conduct human-source intelligence gathering. The NSA is entrusted with providing assistance to, and the coordination of, SIGINT elements for other government organizations - which are prevented by law from engaging in such activities on their own.[17] As part of these responsibilities, the agency has a co-located organization called the Central Security Service (CSS), which facilitates cooperation between the NSA and other U.S. defense cryptanalysis components. To further ensure streamlined communication between the signals intelligence community divisions, the NSA Director simultaneously serves as the Commander of the United States Cyber Command and as Chief of the Central Security Service. The NSA's actions have been a matter of political controversy on several occasions, including its spying on anti-Vietnam-war leaders and the agency's participation in economic espionage. In 2013, the NSA had many of its secret surveillance programs revealed to the public by Edward Snowden, a former NSA contractor. According to the leaked documents, the NSA intercepts and stores the communications of over a billion people worldwide, including United States citizens. The documents also revealed the NSA tracks hundreds of millions of people's movements using cellphones metadata. Internationally, research has pointed to the NSA's ability to surveil the domestic Internet traffic of foreign countries through "boomerang routing". Please SUBSCRIBE & SHARE. Thanks.

UK's ABANDONED AREA 51 IS NO JOKE! HUNTED DOWN

29:50
One of the strangest days iv ever had! I have phoned the police and they have no record of this event happening...... what do you guys think? RAF Rudloe Manor is known as "Britain's Area 51" since declassified secret files released at the National Archives indicated the site was the centre for UFO investigations in the 1950s. The wider site continued as both a communications hub and home of various administrative units. No.1 Signals Unit was established to manage all UK terrestrial communications infrastructure for the RAF. With the launch of the UK Satellite Communications System, Skynet, in the late 1960s, the site of Controller Defence Communications Network (CDCN) was established. A spacecraft operations centre was established by 1001 Signals Unit, the spacecraft operations organisation, on a small enclave within the site, known as Hawthorn. The headquarters of the RAF Provost and Security Service (P&SS) was established nearby, although on the closure of the station it moved to RAF Henlow. RAF Rudloe Manor was the location of Headquarters Southern Area Royal Observer Corps (ROC) from 1952 until 1980, when it was relocated to Lansdownnear Bath. Co-located with the ROC was Headquarters Southern Sector United Kingdom Warning and Monitoring Organisation, responsible for the now-defunct four-minute warning in the event of nuclear attack during the Cold War. The manor house, built in the late 17th century, was designated as Grade II* listed in 1985. The site was adjacent to Basil Hill Barracks, the Headquarters of No. 2 Signal Brigade, HMS Royal Arthur and the Royal Naval Stores Depot (RNSD) Copenacre. The station was closed in 2000. The Defence Communication Services Agency (DCSA) took responsibility for the sites, and was reorganised into the Information Systems & Services cluster in 2008. MI6 first ever recruitment video for Intelligence Officers

Bond was famed for his 'licence to kill', flashy lifestyle and bedding lovers in exotic places all over the world. But MI6's first TV advertising campaign released today highlights the 'soft' skills it is looking for in new staff. The opening shot could come straight from a Bond movie, with a shark gliding menacingly through the blue waters of an aquarium. It then cuts to a child who steps back in momentary alarm before turning to his mother who sweeps him up smiling in her arms. IRA's Former Director of Intelligence on UK Torture

12:38
Watch the full episode here: http://bit.ly/1wEUnbC Kieran Conway, former director of intelligence for the IRA, talks to Going Underground host Afshin Rattansi about alleged British torture during the Northern Irish troubles. He says that he recognises the techniques detailed in the recent CIA torture report from his time in the IRA and the infamous ‘hooded men’ case in which detainees were made to stand in stress positions, subjected to white noise, food and water deprivation, and hooded, a case which is used to justify abuse now. He thinks torture worked ‘up to a point,’ but the confessions gained from torture, ‘some were true and some were false.’ He said that when he first joined the IRA, it never crossed his mind that they would kill an innocent civilian, but it become commonplace, because warnings were not always given when they were supposed to be, and mistakes made due to a lack of training. He says the Birmingham bombings were a disaster, and the IRA at the time said that none of the Birmingham 6 were members of the IRA and the head of the IRA at the time said those involved would be subjected to an internal inquiry and potentially shot if it was found they did it deliberately. He says the UDA and UVF were infiltrated and manipulated by the British, and the ‘British were responsible for incidents like the Dublin bombings,’ trying to provoke a response from the IRA. On the other side, members of the Garda ‘took great risks’ to assist the IRA. He thinks the settlement that was reached ‘was always available’ and describes the Troubles as a ‘futile and useless waste of lives,’ when the majority of the population would have agreed with the settlement. He implores those still attempting terrorist attacks to ‘lay down their arms’ as they ‘can’t succeed’ and don’t have the equipment or capability of the provisional IRA. With the review of the ‘hooded men’ case, he thinks if the European Court of Human Rights changes its findings, it will be ‘historically important’ in stopping other cases justifying torture by reference to it. He thinks that there needs to be an amnesty, not just for the IRA, but to soldiers, such as the bloody soldiers, to draw a line under the Troubles. And he thinks Gerry Adams and Martin McGuiness have ‘misled the people’ and represent ‘just another arse in the seat of power.’ LIKE Going Underground http://fb.me/GoingUndergroundRT FOLLOW Going Underground http://twitter.com/Underground_RT FOLLOW Afshin Rattansi http://twitter.com/AfshinRattansi FOLLOW on Instagram http://instagram.com/officialgoingundergroundrt

I bought it 2 years ago for $3000 which was a pretty good deal considering my friends and I put over 50,000 miles on it in those 2 years. So when I began filming this video I had a cheap 4 door white car that ran pretty well. Id bought it for $800 and knew it was no prize but it was perfect for driving in a field for 5 minutes then getting blown to bits. Unfortunately one of the guys who works for me decided to take it for "a little spin" just before we were to film the videos last segment. He somehow managed to blow up the engine and I was left with 2 options: I could either scrap the video concept and pay for another day of filming which would be very costly. Or I could blow up the SUV which btw the guy who broke the original car had been driving for over a month. Unfortunately for him the decision was easy, we got his stuff out, through in 13lbs of explosives and a few gallons of fuel and said goodbye to the Montero.

The Secret-Service that carries UK's Top-Secret Mail

06:52
Queen's Messenger (a.k.a Silver Greyhound) is a British service that has been carrying Britain's Top Secret mail around the world for more than 500 years. Queen's Messengers (or King's Messengers) hold diplomatic passports and are excluded from regular airport checks, mail is carried in seal proof diplomatic bags and must not be opened or checked at the airport or in another country. The service was started by King Richard III and it's been working since then. #sidentote #sidenotedocu UK has near 84 Embassies and 49 Consulates according to this source - https://www.embassy-worldwide.com/country/united-kingdom/ But afterward, when I was editing this video, I came across a video by Foreign and commonwealth office which says - "the United Kingdom has 270 embassies, high commissions and consulates in 168 countries and territories" So I suppose the stats being said is very likely wrong but what you read on the screen is correct. It doesn't have a big effect on the subject of the video though. This video is narrated by Clundor. It's a risky thing (compared to making videos on topics that are popular among the audience) because you don't know if your video will be liked or not. So, if you like my videos, maybe subscribe and turn the notification bell on. -------------------------------------------------------------------- For more than 5 centuries, UK has employed a group of loyal men called "King's or Queen's messengers" who have carried government’s top-secret mail and parcels around the world risking their lives and facing dangers that may sound stranger than fiction. These people wear plain clothes, travel in commercial planes sitting next to you and carry no gun, yet, this lesser-known service is dubbed as one of the most efficient and successful secretive services in the world. The service goes back as far as the 15th century when King Richard III reputedly employed a messenger to hand deliver secret documents for his monarch. Later on, Charles II, exiled in Europe, appointed four trusted men to convey messages to Royalist forces in England. When asked how they were to be identified as His Majesty's messengers, Charles II broke off four greyhounds from a silver breakfast platter familiar to royal courtiers and presented each with this token. A silver greyhound thus became the symbol of the service which has remained so to this day. This also gave the messengers a nickname of "Silver Greyhound". On formal occasions, the Queen's Messengers wear this badge from a ribbon, and on less formal occasions many messengers wear ties with a discreet greyhound pattern while working. This distinctive tie with embroidered pattern works as a pass-key and proves the identity of the messenger in situations where it's difficult to show the Queen messenger's special passport. Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961 gave Queen's messengers even more widely acceptable recognition and guaranteed diplomatic baggage a safer passage without any hindrance. Messengers carry a special "Queen's Messenger" passport that allows them to avoid regular airport checks and also provide them immunity from being detained. Mails and curious are carried in a bag closed with a tamper-proof seal and has its own diplomatic passport. This bag does not go through normal airport baggage-checks and must not be opened, x-rayed, weighed, or otherwise investigated by customs, airline security staff, or anyone else for that matter. In March 2000 Zimbabwe opened Britain's six-tonne diplomatic shipment which sparked diplomatic tensions between the two nations. Confidential mail and documents aren't the only things Queen Messengers have carried in their bags. During the world war 2, Winston Churchill received shipments of Cuban cigars by this means. Each year the Queen's pre-recorded Christmas Day message is sent in the diplomatic bag to every corner of the world. Queen's messengers, today, work under Foreign and Commonwealth Office of UK government. According to the official release of 2015, 18 messengers of age 40-70 are actively performing their duty for the government.

Who Killed Rasputin ? The British plot. BBC 2004 FULL Documentary

46:29
The programme-makers re-opened the investigation into the death of Rasputin and found conclusive evidence to suggest that he was murdered in St Petersburg in 1916 in a plot hatched by rogue members of the British Secret Service with a fatal shot fired at close range by Secret Agent Oswald Rayner. The documentary is based on extraordinary new evidence uncovered by intelligence historian, and programme consultant, Andrew Cook. In addition, BBC Timewatch brought in Richard Cullen, former Metropolitan Police Commander, and a trainer of police cadets in forensic detective work in Russia, to re open the case. Re-examining the original autopsy reports, Richard Cullen found that the original explanation for Rasputin's death did not tally with the forensic evidence. In particular, he questions one of the key autopsy photographs which shows a gunshot wound situated in the centre of Rasputin's forehead, which bears the hallmarks of a professional assassination. The accepted version of Rasputin's death states that he was poisoned, then shot, and finally drowned in the River Nevka by five disaffected aristocrats, led by Prince Felix Yusupov. The conspirators were said to be concerned about Rasputin's influence on Tsar Nicholas II, and his wife Tsarina Alexandra. Over the years historians have questioned Yusupov's version of events but failed to come up with credible alternative theories. In Yusupov's memoirs, Cullen noted the presence of a character called Oswald Rayner - said to be a friend of Yusupov's from Oxford University, who appears suddenly in the book at the time of the murder. The Timewatch team discovered that Oswald Rayner was in fact an active British Secret Intelligence Service operative who was working alongside senior SIS officer, John Scale. Scale's daughter provided Cullen with key evidence of the murder plot and Andrew Cook, consultant to the programme, uncovered an official memo on British Intelligence Mission notepaper to Captain John Scale, which led Cullen directly to the assassin. "I am amazed by the outcome of the investigation," states Cook, "when we initially began researching the story I had no idea that the forensic evidence would substantiate the historical documentation so conclusively." Richard Cullen says of the investigation: "I was stunned that the trail of Rasputin's murder led so conclusively to the British Secret Service. "In all John Scale's official documentation Rasputin is referred to as 'Dark Forces' and it is my belief that Rasputin was a seen a real threat to the British. "Had he persuaded the Tsar to pull out of the First World War, the Allies would have been overwhelmed on the Western Front by German troops no longer needed to fight the Russians in the East."
