Do you edit every single photo like this individually from a shoot? It must be quite time consuming! Looks great though :)

Cam On The Trails (1 year ago)
how come you use photoshop for these adjustments? you can do the same sort of things in lightroom in less time
Frankie Marin (1 year ago)
Photoshop is great if you want to exercise a lot of control and fine-tune your adjustments in a very precise way. Lightroom and Capture One Pro (my preferred RAW converter) are much better for applying a consistent set of adjustments to a larger batch of images. I usually batch edit and color grade a selection of like 10-15 photos for a shoot like this one in Capture One then bring it into Photoshop for skin retouching and really minor adjustments. If you're just editing 1 photo and don't necessarily care about being consistent in setting up your layers and applying the same adjustments to the same degree each time, you can just do it Jessica's way and have really great results.

Jessica Kobeissi is there any advantage to using Photoshop anymore?
