How to walk in correct posture for beautiful, elegant look

410 ratings | 42557 views
How to walk Let’s learn how to walk in correct posture, so that you look beautiful and sophisticated. First check my How to stand video, if you haven’t watched yet. Assuming that you know how to stand, keep the correct standing position first (against wall), and then start walking. Here are bad examples. Here is a correct style. Point 1: Instead of walking from knees like this, walk from pelvis. Use your legs fully from pelvis area. That makes your legs longer. By moving from pelvis, you train butt muscles. Point 2: Wider steps as you normally do. Small steps make you look childish. The wider, the better. Wider steps make you look more confident and calm. Point 3: Imagine your head is pulling up with string, like puppet. And you walk forward against the string which is being pulled backward. Point 4: Arms. Move your arms backward only. People tend to move arms forward, but that makes you hunch over, so instead, move backward. In this way, your chest keeps open and you train back muscles, so that you get beautiful angel wing bones. Imagine there is board here to stop your arms to move forward too much. ♡Mirai Clinical [email protected] ♡Website http://www.miraiclinical.com ♡Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mirai-Clinical/145667285455246 ♡Blog http://www.miraiclinical.com/blog/ ♡Instagram http://instagram.com/miraiclinical/ ♡Twitter https://twitter.com/miraiclinical

+Koko Hayashi where in Japan do you call home? I did like your different versions
Koko Hayashi (2 years ago)
+L Pi Oh, thank you! It's easy to become the nerdy one, but in the long run, it hurts your back. So please be careful :)

This is some BS. You are trying to walk like those half human, half corpse models on runways. Go kill yourself.
elis0384 (2 years ago)
The back or better said, the spine is not straight at all. But I agree it is important to walk with proper posture.
Koko Hayashi (2 years ago)
+ganzo Oh sorry for making you uncomfortable ...

Chin up and shoulders back helps a ton with posture. It'll align your back properly, you'll look confident as you walk, and if you keep your shoulders back, you can swing your arms without having to hunch forward.

i need to show this to my daughter, she has bad posture
Koko Hayashi (3 years ago)
+Rania Maria Thank you SO much!!!! It's my passion to teach something useful. I truly believe that posture is a big part of health factors. Bad posture damages shoulder, back, knees, weakens muscles since you are not using right muscles that you are supposed to use. Young people might not see difference, but with age, the difference becomes clearer. tell her that she wuld look taller, slimer like model, then she might be interested in being more consious.
