Here late cause of vacation but this haul is exactly what my jet lagged arse needs! I loved the white shoes Karen put you in, i think you should experiment more with footwear!!! I love you in cool shoes :)
Loved the little sit down review! BTW those little beaded bag have been a thing for decades in different African countries and South America as well. I think the highstreet stores have caught on to it and westernized it... Anyways enough history the bag is cute!
Hey Tara, can you explain how you think Mango and Zara are sustainable brands? I shop there often, too but have recently become more aware of fast fashion and its negative effects on the environment and people around the world. I still have yet to do more research but I definitely feel really conflicted as a consumer. Would be great to hear your thoughts on this.
You wear both these denim picks so, so well! Aah, I love me a bit of a vintage but not vintage denim segment in hauls, haha! I also really, really need to check out your merch, I've been patiently waiting 😍 Plus it's a lovely change that the shipping is so super affordable! Might have to hook myself up with some conspiracy tshirt hehe 👽
Tar Mar i agree that it’s important. I can be somewhat of a shopaholic, so I only try to buy things I absolutely love. These videos or just this type of reflection in general can serve as a guide as to what you may like but doesn’t work for your wardrobe.
yeah I think it’s such an important type of video to do. I get so excited about doing hauls sometimes that it’s hard for me to judge what’s actually going to make it into my everyday practical wardrobe! x
Once you've worn those peche shoes a bit more to gauge the comfort level, can you update us even if it's via instagram? Abscolutely LOVE the shape/style, but since they're a bit pricey I'd like to know they're worth it before taking the plunge! :)
I wore them quite a bit around manhattan yesterday and had no issues with walking or the sling back but I did get toe knuckle blister on the toes next to the pinkys. they are particularly claw like toes tho and I think it’s because I foot was in the wrong position as I realize now these are almost a full size too big for me! reccomended going a full size down despite what the site says about them running small as your foot is always going to slide down a bit in an open toe shoe! x
I couldn’t agree more I love this already worn type of review, totally helpful having your retrospective opinion on the items! Your style is so classic and perfect I’ve been inspired by it for my new job and finding work outfits to invest in 👍🏼
