Back up a single Oracle table with SQL Developer

29 ratings | 15355 views
Backing up a table by making a copy of it gives you the ability to quickly revert extensive changes or compare data after the fact. You can use a backup table as a work table when you need to insert a modified copy of a subset of the data. For more information and JDE Webinars, visit http://www.getgsi.com.

Please don't follow this. Do it the right way. This will only work for simple schema structures. For example, if your tables have a trigger on inserts, you will run the trigger and potentially change the state of the data, not revert.
