Today's video is a fashion photography colouring tutorial for Lightroom. Since I received a really good response from my last tutorial in Lightroom, I decided I'd do another one today on how to achieve some cool faded tones. Hope you enjoy. :) MY PHOTOGRAPHY GEAR ¬ Canon EOS 5D Mark II: http://amzn.to/2kJoBNF Canon 85mm f1.2L: http://amzn.to/2kKXp0N Canon 24-70mm f2.8L: http://amzn.to/2BRW9MC Canon 50mm f1.8: http://amzn.to/2keP81g My Studio Lights: Elinchrom D-Lite RX 4 Kit (2 x square softbox, 1 x octabox) http://amzn.to/2BQXxiz My Laptop (Microsoft Surface Book) : http://amzn.to/2kffksP My Graphics Tablet: http://amzn.to/2BNUBmQ My Camera Bag: http://amzn.to/2A7XEpR My Ipad: http://amzn.to/2keTFkk My Vlogging Camera (Canon G7x): http://amzn.to/2BOVprN SOCIAL MEDIA ~ Instagram: http://instagram.com/kayleigh_june Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Kayleigh-Jun... Was this photo a jpg.? If so, I think it'd be helpful to see a tutorial on a RAW photo like this. :-)

This is a great video. The only thing that I don't really get is how do you apply such small adjustments? I mean, how do you even see the differences?

you gotta really really pay attention to detail

Hi Kayleigh! Your videos have helped my understanding of color SO much! Thank you. 🙂 I wanted to let you know that instead of hitting "Reset" to view the original photo, holding backslash will show your "before" image so you don't have to undo and redo your steps. Thanks for your great content!

How are your numbers so specific?

+dj aero1 Obv she pre-edited this; which is totally misleading for anyone to memorize edits as each and every photo is different
dj aero1 (9 months ago)
after editing as often as her you just memorize certain numbers that already give you the tones you're going for

Nice one :) Just one thing...can you turn the left bar with the presets off when you work on colors? It is easier to see the changes when the image itself is a bit bigger ;)

I'll try this! Thanks for sharing :)

Thanks for the tutorial. I'm going to try this in my Beginner Digital Photography Class.
