Anyone else out there remember when they designed the patient compartment so that there was a headpad on a track on the wall with the supply cabinets so you could brace your head and do compressions while the ambulance is moving/en route to the hospital with the code? I would've loved to have a spare set of hands to do the compressions so that I could work on the patient with my partner instead of being tied-up and switching off all the way to the ED

They work super slow for a dying guy .
Kyle Helfrich They have to stay calm and do things slowly. If they did it fast, it would be sloppy and reckless to try to revive the guy. So that's why they have to work slow and calm.

Lxlyy (5 months ago)
Maybe not, a guy my mom knows, was dead for 18 mins and if your dead for 18 mins your obviously gonna be brain dead, he survived and was perfectly healthy he still lives to tell the story of how he went to heaven and back!
Wala Lopez (8 months ago)

Thank goodness for that Lucas machine manual cpr is a breath taker lol ewww and initial cpr lol feeling the ribs break ughhh lmao
Doggo Gaming (2 months ago)
It could puncture a lung but your job is to get blood flow to vital organs. You have got to break those ribs. if you don't you aren't pushing hard enough. ED staff and handle the collapsed lung.
CarnageAsada (2 months ago)
Hans353 - wouldn't that potentially cause a puncture elsewhere inside the body?
Hans353 (2 months ago)
CRYPTONAUT lol if they dont u ain't pushing hard enough

Eddie DE leon - When doing cpr ribs break?
J Blob (9 months ago)
